Мерцающий, I think what happened is that I disabled the teleport in Limansk house to Dead City but I did not go to Dead City yet.. This is when the problem must have occurred. The teleporter does not work at all even away from enemies. The teleporter cannot be removed or dropped or put in the safe. When  I tried to go to Dead City it disappeared.  Do I need to finish the Dead City quest first - and will the teleporter reappear and start working again?

playdough, Yes, the teleport is blocked during the first entry into the Dead City. Perhaps already in the basement of Limanska.

I looked for dead bodies that might have these on Agroprom and Construction site but could not find.

 

How might I get these?

I've found the repeater in X-8, but after searching extensively I couldn't find the mentioned PDA. This is part of the mysterious chips plotline.
Any help?

Crashing every time I do the last Island Quest at Hospital. I grab the artifacts and Cartographer congratulates me once, then there's a long pause and the game eventually just locks up and crashes.
I'm not playing with addons. I am on Patch 7. I don't see any mention of this being fixed in patch 7.3k either.

Going through Dead City tunnel leads to Bunker 8. After Last Day encounter end up with girl Spark and Perfume and Norman at the transition from X-10 to Radar. There was dialogue (Russian) with Perfume and Norman but Spark will not talk … is she waiting for me to get medicine or something?

STALKERvoir, I found problem in the English translation tag <eng></eng> in the game xml configs. Translation updates will be released as soon as possible. But you will have to replay this moment from the save before receive the SMS "You did a great job, username()! You're a real Sherlock Holmes!", because the bugged sms is stored in your save.

Hello. I have grabbed the repeater in X-8 as part of the Unknown Chips questline, and returned it to Klenov to continue the quest. However, the caches for Dragunov do not spawn in the locations they are supposed to in OP2.09 nor do I have a quest to find them. I have recieved the PDA information from Arnie at the bar and now I'm stuck. Here is my save file at Jupiter at the complex, you will see there is no Dragunov cache. My theory is that an infoportion is broken or I have missed another requirement.

STALKERvoir, to continue the quest "Monolith Weapons" you need to complete all the tasks on the location of the Dead City and get the achievement Solyanschik. I saw that you did not open this location and there is no task "To find a portal in Limansk". This can happen if you leave the Monolith Control Bunker without waiting for Lightning to go to the teleport and the task about the portal in Limansk appears in the PDA. It is necessary to replay or remember on what you stopped in the story with Lightning.
