olodkav, I found the problem. I did not wait long enough to receive all SMS messages in Undiscovered Earth while listening in on the conversation with Last Day guy. Thanks for your response.

I remember there being a quest in OP-2.09 where you had to kill a fake/second Sidorovich using an F1 grenade at CNPP2.
Is this quest removed? I am doing Shadow of the Monolith currently and I was never given the quest, not before or after grabbing the 5 PDAs.

Am I missing something, or has the quest been removed and why?

Missing recipe to make  kolobok artefact and first two recipes for transformation of mama beads - who gives these? 

Also who sells needle guns? Petrenko no longer sells them.

playdough, the recipe of Mother's beads gives Syak for a safe from x18, the quest will be after the killing of the Monolith by a sledgehammer. The recipe Kolobok gives Kruglov for an artifact from a trailer on the territory of the Yantar plant, the quest will be after the decoder from the Swamps.

Needles have Crow, Sakharov, Syak, Doctor...

I can't take a picture of the ferris wheel at Pripyat for the photographer, even though it's 10:45 in the morning.

I'm doing it the same way as this guy does it in this video:

But it just won't work, I'm on the same side, I'm not trying to take it at night, and I even cleared the field of mutants.
Why won't this photo work for me?

After much frustration I got it to work by reloading the area several times and killing every mutant around the field and ferris wheel. No idea why that would make it work, though.

olodkav, The beads recipes I am missing are: Бабкины бусы (Grandmother's beads) Бусы прабабки (Great-grandmothers beads)  ... these are the two after Mother's beads. How to get these?

playdough, recipe Grandmother beads gives Brom in Bar for the assault AN-94 "Abakan" in repetitive tasks.

Great-grandmother's beads are given by Sidorovich for cleaning the dogs at the Cordone tunnel or for killing a bloodsucker in the Dark Valley or for bandits at the Garbage, this is also on repetitive tasks.

I do not know if you or others can help but there are 4 items I cannot find

1. Needlegun … I have 4 but need another and no-one seems to sell them

2. Where is the gunsmith pack with the Hostel drawing to be found … it is not in the same spot in the fallen metal cabinet at Jupiter plant

3. Two playing cards are missing .. from the guide it is these

Did anyone encounter hostile Freedom fighters on The Barrier?
I haven't done anything to make them angry. I've got more than 300 reputation points in Freedom - everyone except them is friendly towards me.
I've killed every one of them and wounded Cap to the point I could give him medkit and everything seems alright now, but I'm not sure if it won't happen again :c

playdough, You can get needleguns randomly by turning in Red Bloodsucker parts to the Clear Sky leader at their base. Save before turning it in and reload until you get the needlegun you want.
Some NPCs also offer it as a cyclic quest reward.

 

The cache with the Hostel has been moved, when you open the case you get a new quest that sends you to the Jupiter Underground. On top of the giant crane in the large domed room there is a machine, turn it on and shoot the phantoms until the machine's battery runs dry and you can get the blueprints.

Can't help you with the last part, the cards seem to just be placed on bodies a majority of the time during scripted events.

iTheon, I found the same but in different circumstances. I thought I had cleared it but it happened again .. this time in Freedom base itself. Go to Sid and check if you have to pay money (200k or 250k) to clear your name … that's what I had to do and after that it never happened again.

Three questions you may help with - or suggesting I do

 

1.  I cannot find the last two playing cards

Оборона комплекса - валет треф.     … associated with Adreniline defend complex
Ручной телепорт креста - 7 бубен.    … associated with Teleport for Cross

I looked for dead bodies that might have these on Agroprom and Construction site but could not find. How might I get these?

 

2. I need two more walkie talkies for Voronin but the stashes that had these ( with Akim and on Wild Terrritory ) do not exist anymore - I have 6 (4 from quest with Adrenaline) and found 2 on Merc bodies.

 

3. In the latest patch 7 it says:

"in the final the award circuit reaching the cave of FIMA added flamethrower Poltergeist;"

Is this after you rescue FIMA? If so, I have already done this - how do I get this weapon?

Note: After patch 7 the teleport does not work. Message says something like "Teleport unavailable for technical reasons. Try later" …. but no matter when I try it does not work

This is what I get when I try to use the teleport device. I found out that somehow this happened many saves back when I was in Limansk to get Dimak's VCR … before that everything worked but every save since the teleport has not worked. It is not related to Patch 7 as I first thought - somehow things got corrupted in Limansk. Is there a way to fix this without going back to the save where it still worked?

The patch has nothing to do with it. In some moments of the game teleport is forcibly blocked. It is necessary that the player does not break the game. After completing the conditions of the quest, the teleport is unlocked.

Also, the teleport does not work if the player sees an enemy, even a simple rat. In the screenshot on the HUD there is no scale, so there is no noticeable grind on whether any of the player’s enemies can see.
